Learn cocktail making from the masters

We're excited to announce a cocktail class series held Wednesday evenings in February in honor of barmini's one year anniversary. Led exclusively by our Cocktail Innovator Juan Coronado, these classes will take you inside the minds of José Andrés and the barmini team to illustrate the role of a great cocktail in the culture of food and drink. The series highlights the historical journey of the cocktail, highlighting pivotal moments including its beginnings during the 1860s and its evolution during the prohibition era, to its place in the 1960's American society and how it came to be a representation of both tradition and modernity today. Each class includes a thorough tutorial of the art of cocktail making, as well as three cocktails and barmini's signature bar snacks. Join us to share José's affinity for the chef-bartender and explore how ingredients and techniques illuminate the power of the cocktail.
